Registration for the IPSANZ Annual Conference 2026 is now open! Click on the Register Now button below to register via our online portal.

Confirmation of your registration and an invoice will be sent upon receipt of your online form and fees.

Registration fees and accommodation rates are in Australian dollars. For the earlybird registration rates to apply, payment must be received by or on Friday 10 July 2026.

Accommodation at the Hyatt Regency - Information and Rates

A block booking has been made at Hyatt Regency Sydney, and a discounted room rate has been negotiated. Click on the Accommodation Reservations button below to book accommodation.

Run of House King or Twin: AU$325 per night (room only).

Breakfast: Full Buffet Breakfast is available at AU$35.00 per person, per day, charged on consumption.

Accommodation Reservations

Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. Should IPSANZ attendees require guaranteed access to guest rooms earlier, the rooms will be required to be booked the night prior (pre-registered), at the contracted rate. Late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

We recommend reviewing the hotel’s terms and conditions carefully before confirming your reservation. All accommodation confirmations will be sent by the hotel, and any amendments or cancellations must be arranged with them directly.
